Club Rules
To ensure a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all members, we have established a set of rules and guidelines for participation. We ask that you read these carefully before submitting your work. All submitted photographs must be in .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF format. To ensure our website runs smoothly for everyone, please make sure that your image files do not exceed a maximum size of 1MB. This helps us manage server space and ensures that pages load quickly for all users. Any images larger than this will be removed from the server.
Our photo club revolves around three distinct themes, which are detailed on our categories page. When you submit your photographs, please ensure they align with one of these categories. Submissions that do not fit into these themes may not be accepted. We also ask that all submitted work be original and created by the submitting photographer. By submitting a photo, you are guaranteeing that you hold the copyright to the image and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We expect all members to maintain a respectful and constructive tone in all interactions on the site.
